Aeon Systems,Inc wants you to be very pleased with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at 866-429-2366 Option 4 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
All returns MUST have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please call Technical Support at 866-429-2366 Option 4 Monday-Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from the Aeon Systems, Inc are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Instructions

• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
  – Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
• You MUST call Technical Support at 866-429-2366 Option 4 Monday-Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM for RMA number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
• Include all original packaging materials.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
• Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
• Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.

• We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.
• Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

Limited Return Policy
Batteries, transformers, and wire cannot be returned. Furthermore, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit from Aeon Systems, Inc or a full refund.
